UC Irvine's Human
Resources Department provides a variety of programs and services to support
campus staff and faulty. The Department's mission is to integrate human resources
into the life and work of the university by providing leadership in the recruitment,
retention, and development of members of the university community. In addition,
the Department provides seminars and workshops to increase knowledge and understanding
of university human resources policies and benefits.

Team - Provides consulting and education services to faculty and staff
in the areas of health and welfare plans and the UC Retirement System.

limited, and temporary staff positions.
Training
and Organizational Development Team - Coordinates, designs and delivers
campus-wide professional development and career planning programs for staff
and provides consulting services in succession management.
