ASSISTANT VICE CHANCELLOR-ACCOUNTING AND FISCAL SERVICES

RE: Delegation of Authority - Approve Direct Billing of Subsistence Expenses

Authority is delegated to the Assistant Vice Chancellor-Accounting and Fiscal Services to approve direct billing arrangements with restaurants, hotels, and similar establishments with respect to furnishing subsistence to groups of University travelers when, in the Assistant Vice Chancellor's judgment, it is advantageous to the University. (Reference: Business and Finance Bulletin G-28.)

Any redelegation of this authority shall be in writing with copies to the list below. This delegation supersedes the July 15, 1991 delegation of authority from Chancellor Peltason on the same subject.
