RE: Amendment to Redelegation of Authority - Student Discipline for Violation of Academic Honesty Policy

This letter amends UCI Delegation of Authority IDA237, dated December 1, 1997 to authorize the Chair of the Department of Education, and the Chair of the Department of Information and Computer Science to redelegate their authority only to associate or vice chairs (graduate and/or undergraduate).

In addition, this will confirm that the Dean of Undergraduate Education and the Dean of Graduate Studies may redelegate their authority under IDA237, to an associate dean.

Any redelegations should be in writing with copies to me and those listed below.
