RE: Delegation of Authority - Hearing Officer for Non-Senate Academic Appointees/Grievances

The authority to determine procedures for the selection of a University hearing officer was given to me in APM 140-80. I am assigning to you the responsibility for selecting the hearing officer who will implement policy, APM 140, at UC Irvine and act as the grievance liaison for non-Senate academic appointees.
