RE: Redelegation of Authority - Work-Study Contracts (Service Agreements)

The authority to execute service agreements was delegated to Chancellors by Presidential Delegation of Authority DA 1058, December 30, 1991, and redelegated to the Vice Chancellor-Administrative and Business Services by Irvine Delegation of Authority IDA 250, May 18, 1998 [superseded by IDA348 2/13/02; IDA435 12/3/07; IDA 491 11/12/09]. I am redelegating the authority to execute agreements under the Work-Study Program between The Regents and public and private nonprofit organizations, to the Vice Chancellor-Student Services, subject to the following conditions:

1. All such documents must be approved as to form by General Counsel prior to execution;


2. One fully executed copy of all agreements must be sent to the campus Accounting Office and one fully executed copy must be sent to Materiel and Risk Management.
