The authority and responsibilities for settlement of non-litigated and litigated Workers' Compensation claims up to $50,000 was delegated to me in IDA200 on August 21, 1996 [superseded by IDA367, June 24, 2003]. I am redelegating that authority to the Deputy Director, Clinical Affairs, UCI Medical Center.

For the settlement of non-litigated and litigated Workers' Compensation claims up to $25,000 I am redelegating authority and responsibility to the Assistant Medical Center Director, Director-Human Resources and Director, Occupational Health, UCI Medical Center.

This authority may not be delegated further.
