Pursuant to the authority vested in the President by the resolution of the University of California Board of Regents, passed October 22, 1965, and filed with the Assistant Regional Commissioner, U.S. Treasury Department, Alcohol and Tobacco Division, the President of the University of California has delegated the authority to sign all documents necessary in connection with the use of tax-free alcohol by the University of California, Irvine to me, as Chancellor [DA 0124].
In accordance with University Business and Finance Bulletin (BUS-2) on Tax-Free Alcohol Permits, Reports and Operations, Part III. A.2, I delegate the authority to sign all documents necessary in connection with the use of tax-free alcohol at the University of California, Irvine Campus to:
