RE: Redelegation of Authority - University Extension Fees

The authority to set University Extension Fees was delegated to Chancellors by Presidential Delegation of Authority DA 2115, April 4, 2000 [superseded by DA 2242, October 8, 2009; DA 2557, November 2, 2010; and DA 2559, April 12, 2011]. I am redelegating the authority to set that particular fee only to the Dean, Continuing Education.

This authority may not be redelegated further.
