RE: Delegation of Authority – Approval to Serve and Sell Alcoholic Beverages
Approval to serve or sell alcoholic beverages at UCI events must be obtained on a Request to Serve or Sell Alcoholic Beverages form and be in accordance with University policy and State law as set forth UC Irvine's Policy on the Sale, Service and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages. Only wine and malt beverages may be approved for service and sale at student sponsored or student oriented events.
The authority to approve a Request to Serve or Sell Alcoholic Beverages is delegated to the following administrators who will be held responsible for the Policy's application:
