Written Notice of Hearing

I am in receipt of a written request from you for a hearing on the withdrawal of consent for you to remain on the Irvine Campus of the University of California pursuant to Section 626.4 of the Penal Code of the State of California.

Pursuant to your request, I have set a date for hearing on _____________________at_______________ to be held at this location __________________________ at the Irvine campus of the University of California. Permission is hereby granted to you to enter the campus for the sole purpose of attending this hearing.

The hearing will be convened to consider only the question of whether or not consent to enter upon the Irvine Campus of the University of California, which previously had been withdrawn from you, should be reinstated. The only matter to be considered at this hearing will be whether or not your presence on Campus will constitute a substantial and material threat to the orderly operation of the Irvine Campus of the University of California.
